One of the best eco-certified data centers in southern Germany is located in Nuremberg.
IP Exchange GmbH from Nuremberg is successfully certified.
It is not easy to choose amongst 2,500 providers. Small handicraft business companies, as well as major industrial companies, find it difficult to compare data centers. In Cologne, eco (Association of the German Internet Authority) introduced the eco Datacenter Star Audit at the CeBIT 2005.
